1969

於台北五股創建 “Tong Shiang Rubber Chemical Industrial Company”。資本額美金五十萬元。工廠建坪3,600平方公尺，主要生產各種橡膠球類，日產量500個。

The company was first established operating under the name "Tong Shiang Rubber Chemical Industrial Company" located in Taipei suburb of Wu-Ku with a capital of US$500,000; the factory utilized a floor space of 36,000sq. meters, and its main products were all kinds of rubber balls at a production capacity of 500 pcs/day.

1971

為提升公司產品品質，與日本美津濃公司(Mizuno Corporation)技術合作。

Entered into a technical liaison with IRUMA, Japan (IRUMAGAMA RUBBER CO.) to upgrade the quality of company's products.

1976

更名為 “百洲化學工業股份有限公司CONTINENTAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES CO., LTD.”，資本額增加為美金一百萬元，同時日產能也提升為每日2,500個。

The company's name had been changed to its present name-CONTINENTAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES CO., LTD with capital increased to US$1,000,000; production cap. also increased to 2,500 pcs/day.

1977

從日本進口足球自動貼皮機器，使開始生產真皮與PU貼皮球，日產量4,000個。

From Japan, the company imported a system of soccer ball automatic laminating machine enabling the company to begin producing leather and PU laminated balls with a production cap. of 4,000 pcs/day.

1978

籃球與足球分別獲得FIBA與FIFA的認證。

Approval by the FIBA on basketball and FIFA on soccer ball.

1987

最高級排球(VL-5)被評比為德國排球協會最高的DVV 1等級，且有資格成為世界性球賽比賽用球。

The company's top quality volleyball(VL-5) was approved by the German Volleyball Federation as first class-DVV-1; this entitled the ball to be used in championship.

1983

研發部門成立，並購進橡膠測試設備。

The R&D team was set up followed by use of rubber testing equipment.

1993

年初於中國大陸廣州市成立新工廠CONTI TAI YOUNG SPORTING GOODS CO., LTD.。資本額美金三百五十萬，工廠建坪15,000平方公尺，日產量10,000~12,000個。新工廠的生產線組織於8月份確立，同時開始測試生產。

A new factory was set up early this year in Guangzhou, China under the name of CONTI TAI YOUNG SPORTING GOODS CO., LTD. with a capital of US$3,500,000; it has a floor space of 15,000 sq. meters and a production cap. of 10,000-12,000 pcs/day.
The production line at the new factory has been well established and organized since August, test run started at the same time.

1994

生產測試完成，並於4月開始營運。

Test run completed and operation started April of the year.

1996

貼皮籃球的日產能增加為每天5,000個。

The cap. of laminated basketball increased to 5,000 pcs daily.

1999

最高級排球(VL-5)獲得中國排球協會認證，有資格成為中國男子與女子排球隊用球。 開始生產綠/黃/白三色的真皮排球(VL-5)與PU排球(VC-5)。

The top quality volleyball of the company (VL-5) got approval from the China Volleyball Federation and are entitled to be used in Chinese Men's and Women's team play. The multi-colors of Green/Yellow/White balls in leather (VL-5), and PU ball(VC-5) started from July of the year.

2000

於本年度1月獲得ISO 9002品保國際認證，生產過程更有效率及一貫性。

ISO 9002 certified in Jan. Conti's quality control and manufacturing process is more efficient and consistent.

2002

於本年度5月獲得ISO 9001品保國際認證。

Starting this May, the company was ISO 9001 certified covering the R&D(Research & Development) into the quality control system.

2003

顆粒溝籃球獲美國專利認證。

Molded Pebble Channel Patent approved by U.S. Patent Office.

2004

創新的排球貼布中胎技術成功增進了排球柔軟度，圓度及彈性。開始生產WILSON的Game Ball系列籃球。

INewly innovated cloth wrap type of carcass resulted in great success of mild and soft playability, roundness, & durability.

2005

16片式的籃球獲得美國與歐洲共同市場的專利認證，並獲得FIBA認可。開闢車縫足球與排球生產線並正式啟用。

16-panel basketball patent approved in both US & European Patent Office. FIBA game ball approved.Machine sewn soccer ball & volleyball production line ready.

2007

生產WILSON新型波浪籃球，新穎創新的設計徹底顛覆一般大眾對籃球的印象。

Revolutionary new "WAVE" game ball start with the greatest performance (Shooting, Passing, Dribbling) totally change the game.

2009

新的排球在10月得到德國排球協會第一級正式比賽用球認證，提供了更好的球感及觸感。

New volleyball patent approved for best performance and soft feeling. Approved by DVV in Oct.

百洲化學工業股份有限公司為知名的專業球類生產廠商，主要生產籃球、排球、足球等多項運動球類產品。
為許多世界知名品牌球類代工，並自創品牌Conti，在多年用心經營下，於美國歐洲等地頗負盛名。
